PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE

RADIO MARIA LESOTHO APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF LICENCE

The Lesotho Communications Authority (Authority) informs the public that it has received an application for renewal of Content (Sound Broadcasting) Licence from Radio Maria Lesotho. The duration of the Licence following renewal will be a period of fifteen (15) years.

Acting in terms of Section 4 (j) of the Communications Act No. 4 of 2012, the Authority hereby invites the general public and industry stakeholders to submit comments on the Radio Maria Lesotho’s application for renewal.

The application may be obtained from the LCA offices or by downloading from www.lca.org.ls.
