Public Consultation: CONSUMER PROTECTION GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURE OF 2022
Acting in accordance with Section 4 (j) of the Communications Act No. 4 of 2012, the Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) hereby invites the general public and industry stakeholders to submit comments and inputs on the draft Lesotho Communications Authority Consumer Protection Guidelines and Procedure 2022.
The objective of the draft Consumer Protection Guidelines and Procedure is to facilitate achievement of adequate protection of consumers of telecommunication, broadcasting, postal and courier services in Lesotho by outlining the rights and obligations of the consumers and service providers. Moreover, the draft Consumer Protection Guidelines prescribe the steps that have to be followed by consumers when lodging complaints against service providers.
