  • Appearance and perception do influence image, hence why the logo builds the LCA’s image.

  • It helps build trust.
  • It sells the LCA as an organisation.

CORPORATE IDENTITY

The logo of LCA has been created to uniquely portray what the organization stands for. It conveys information to the public; it speaks of the organization’s character, personality, responsibility and commitment to the industry.   Our logo commits us to the vision and mission.  The success of the organization lies in the hands of the Board (as sellers of major quality decisions), Management (as they recommend quality decisions) and staff (as implementers of the quality decisions).

LCA exists within the global culture; therefore it needs to keep abreast of the changing technology and modernity.  The three circular symbols and oval graphic symbol illustrate this.

The oval graphic also suggests protection, empowerment and strength.  It represents a sense of independence and the influence of communication, technology and media nationally and globally.

The circular symbols (more like traffic lights) in the centre represent the scale of justice in the regulation of telecom sector. It creates a sense of guidance, fairness and authority in line with our mandate.

THE COLOURS OF THE LOGO ARE BLUE AND ORANGE RAY ON A WHITE BACKGROUND:

The blue colour denotes peace, trust, security and confidence.

The orange ray is linked with leadership, accomplishment and independence.  It promotes warmth, expansiveness and fruitfulness that are in line with our vision.

The white background denotes cleanliness, purity, protection and simplicity. It compliments the blue and orange reflecting our regulation in a transparent manner.
