Consumer Internet Services Experience Survey Questionnaire

The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) is a statutory body established to regulate the communications sector in Lesotho. Its primary mandate includes protection of the interests of consumers of communications services, facilitation of the deployment of communications infrastructure and the provision of good quality communications services throughout Lesotho. LCA is conducting a short online survey targeting consumers of Internet Services provided by Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Lesotho. The aim of the survey is to get consumers experiences or perspective on the level of internet services quality provided by the ISPs during the national lockdown period (30 March to 5 May). The information you provide will assist LCA in enforcing quality of service and ensure that service providers improve their services to meet customers’ expectations. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and submit online. Please note that your survey responses will be anonymous and confidential.
